A graveside service was held Jan. 5, 2008, at Community Baptist Church Cemetery in Candor. Burial was in the church cemetery.
She was a native of Chatham County, a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her daughter, Tammy Brigman of Asheboro; stepdaughter, Crystal Willard of Asheboro; sister, Mickey Sharon of Asheboro; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild.
