Mrs. Dillon was a resident of Milton, Florida moving there from Freeport, Florida. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida and a former member of Freeport First Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked as a secretary with civil service for 30 years before retiring. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school at Freeport First Baptist Church and serving as church secretary. She also enjoyed working in real estate along with her husband Harry.
Mrs. Dillon was preceded in death by her father and mother; her loving husband of 52 years Harry Dillon; one sister Arlene Meadows; one son Doug Dillon; and one grandson Brandon Dillon.
Mrs. Dillon is survived by her grandson Nathaniel Clayton Dillon of Milton, Florida and one great grandson Nathaniel Caleb Dillon of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
A time of visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 PM, Friday, August 3, 2018 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Homes & Crematory; 150 East Highway 20, Freeport, Florida 32439.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, August 3, 2018 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Homes & Crematory, with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.
