Obituary for William Kevin Brandon
William Kevin Brandon, age 57, of Sunrise Beach, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021, at University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia. He was born March 1, 1963, in North Kansas City, Missouri, son of Carl L. and Barbara Elaine (Graves) Brandon.
In 1988, Kevin married Paula Brandon in Kansas City, Missouri. To this union, three loving daughters were born, Amanda Brandon, Courtney Brandon and Mallory Brandon.
He graduated from Oak Park High School in 1981. He was employed by several firms in the Northland. Kevin moved to the Lake of the Ozarks after his mother passed away to help his dad. He enjoyed his Camaro, fishing on the lake and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. Most of all, he loved playing with his granddaughter, Audrey. She was the love of his life and she adored her "Da".
Kevin is survived by his wife, Paula Brandon of Kansas City, Missouri; daughters, Amanda Brandon of Kansas City, Missouri, Courtney Brandon and her daughter Audrey Salois of Sunrise Beach, Missouri and Mallory Brandon of Kansas City, Missouri; his father, Carl Brandon of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; an uncle, Bill Graves of Smithville, Missouri and many caring cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Quitman and Ruth Brandon, maternal grandparents, William and Ethel Graves, mother, Barbara Brandon and brothers, Gary Brandon and Michael Brandon.
A celebration of Kevin's life will be held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction and care of the Kidwell-Garber Laurie/Sunrise Beach Chapel.
