Mr. Jesse Wade Alford, 56, a resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana died at the Northoaks Medical Center in Hammond, Louisiana on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

He was born December 27, 1965 in Tylertown, Mississippi, the son of the late Wendell and Sylvia Hall Alford.

He was a diesel mechanic and loved working with cars and trucks.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a nephew, Joseph Blake Welch.

Mr. Alford is survived by one son, Jesse Alford and wife, Megan of Denham Springs; one daughter, Kimberly Alford of Denham Springs; one brother, Duane Alford and wife, Jackie of Brandon, Mississippi; two sisters, Deanna Lewis of McComb and Diane Estess and husband, John of Progress, Mississippi; four grandchildren, Karsyn Alford, Kyliegh Alford, Natalie Alford, and Braylon Williams.

Pallbearers will be Charles "Uppy" Holmes, Tony Honea, Fredrick Hamilton, Jr., Buddy Anthony, Gary Pierce, and Shannon Sullivan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Silver Creek Baptist Church and will continue on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM at Silver Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Silver Creek Cemetery with Hartman-Jones Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
