Brian grew up Tooele, Utah, Germany, and Hawaii, but mostly in Tooele, where he graduated from Tooele High School. He also lived for a short time in Wyoming, where he and his brother were working. Brian was an Eagle Scout and had a great sense of humor. He once shaved their collie, so that it would have a mane and look like a lion!

Brian moved to Tyler, Texas in the early 1980's, where he fell in love and married his beautiful wife Kim in 1983. They moved back to Utah for a short time before making their permanent home in Tyler. They had two beautiful daughters together.

He owned his own business, Design Audio, for 10 years before he joined his father-in-law as Vice President of Worden Specialties. He was a member and on the Administrative Board of Marvin United Methodist Church, where he also was an active member of the Friendly Sunday School Class.

Brian enjoyed skiing, golfing, fly fishing and spending time with his family, especially watching his daughters play volleyball. He was always friendly and had a ready smile for those he met. He died too young and unexpectedly of a heart attack.
