Christopher Cole Abbott, age 26, of Spring Hill, Kansas, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2021 at his home. Funeral services will be 2PM, Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Wilson's Funeral Home with visitation prior at 1PM. Interment will follow services in the Gardner Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cole Abbott Memorial Fund in care of Wilson's, PO Box 486, Wellsville, KS 66092.

Christopher Cole Abbott was born July 21, 1994, in Kansas City, Kansas the son of Christopher Leonard Abbott and Tiffany Ann Cordell. Cole graduated from Gardner High School in 2012 and was a Union carpenter, his profession for many years, doing construction and concrete for the Local #315. He was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters.

Cole was a good friend, son, brother, uncle and cousin. As a child he loved cowboys and Indians, playing guns, riding his 4-wheeler and forever creating memories with his brother, Tommy James. He loved gaming, fishing, swimming and boating. He loved hanging out with his family and friends drinking beers, listening to music and smoking a blunt. He will be forever and dearly missed by those who knew and loved him

Cole is survived by his mother, Tiffany Cordell of Gardner, KS and his father, Chris Abbott of Columbia, MO; grandparents, Gene and Nancy Eastland; Patricia Cordell; Jim and Frankie Cordell; Theresa Abbott; Vicki and Gordon Brooks; and Roxie Floyd; his brother Tommy (Brittany) Eastland and their children Braxton and Emma; his sister, Ciarra (Tony) San Miguel and their children; his sister, Randi (Kris) Vanlerberg and their children, Nevaeh and Kane; brother, Wyatt Abbott; aunts and uncles; Chris Cordell, Shelly Abbott, Mary and Kevin Brown, Melissa Brooks, Melanie Brooks and Madeline Brooks; and many cousins. He is preceded in death by grandparents: Leone and Jack O'Connor and Howard and Choletta Cordell; Robert Abbott and Jerry Floyd; aunt, Mendy Cordell and cousins Karley Shay Broers and Britteny Kennon.
