He died at 5 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, in Pascagoula, Mississippi, of respiratory distress. He was in Mississippi with a youth group from Crossroads Fellowship Church in Trigg County where they were assisting Katrina victims.
A native of Owensboro, he was born April 30, 1991, the son of Dennis and Kim Adams, Cadiz. He was a junior at Trigg County High School and attending Western Kentucky University Gatton Academy of Math and Science.
He was a member of the Beta Club, Pep Club, Trigg County Varsity Soccer Team, the chess team, student council and was a member of the National Champion Archery Team and was on the board at Western Kentucky University. He was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church but was actively involved in the Crossroads youth group.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his brothers, Barron, Zach, and Clark Adams, all of Cadiz; his sister, Nadia Adams, Cadiz, and his maternal grandparents, Donnie and Betty Stewart, Cadiz, and maternal great-grandmother, Thelma Stewart Pope, Cadiz.
