On Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at 11:30 am EST, Daniel Henry PARROTT was
reentered in the PARROTT Cemetery, Big Poor Valley (Cave Springs Rd.),
Hawkins Co., TN. He now rest beside his daughter, Cordelia. He was formerly
in the Old MANIS Cemetery which is about 1/2 mile away from the PARROTT
Cemetery. The Old MANIS Cemetery has cattle wondering around it on a
continual basis, Daniel had the only Headstone that was still upright. Now
he is in a well cared for spot where several generations of PARROTT and
related families are to be buried, so the future at least for the next 50 -
60 years should have someone to take care of it.
