Harry E. Swallow, 43 years old, former local resident, died Monday in Detroit. He had lived here until six years ago. Mr. Swallow was a mechanic at the local International Harvester company. Survivors include one son, Robert E. of Kempton, Ind., his mother, Mrs. Melvina Swallow of Richmond; three sisters, Mrs. Glenn Herbert and Mrs. Lamar Mullin of this city. Mrs. Earl Allen of Anderson; six brothers, William and Glenn of Richmond, Emmett of New Westville, Daniel of Hammond, Ralph of Kelso, Washington and Clinton of Anderson.

Funeral services for Mr. Swallow will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Klute Funeral home. Rev. J. G. Whitely will officiate. Burial will be in the Brownsville cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
