Tom was a skilled Audio Visual Tech and worked for several local companies. He did everything AV from sales, to setup and operation, to running the entire business. Tom enjoyed volleyball (which is how he met his wife) mopar classic cars, especially the Dodge Dart and Dodge Challenger. He was a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed classic movies and trivia often quoting lines from movies showing off his memory.
Tom was a loving, caring friend to others and had many lifelong relationships. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.
Tom is survived by his wife Teri Bodnar-Smith, and his brother Joseph (Kathryn) Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert Smith.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation on Thursday December 16 from 3 to 7 pm at the Peinert Dunn Funeral Home, 6603 Providence St., Whitehouse, OH 43571. Funeral services will be 11am Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Whitehouse Cemetery.
