Mr. Starner is survived by 4 children; Danny Wayne Starner of Springfield, Ohio; Robert Starner of Piqua, Ohio; Hazel (Roger) Hatfield of Troy, Ohio; and Judy Powell of Troy, Ohio.
Mr. Starner has 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
He was a WWII Army Air Corps Veteran, Farmer, and worked for Coate Burial Vault Company.
