Andy D. Evans, 47, of Lecompte, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021. Andy is preceded in death by his parents, Bruce A. Evans, Sr. and Sue M. Deville Evans of Lecompte; paternal grandparents, Boyd and Dorothy Evans; paternal uncle, Boyd "Zuzz" Evans; maternal grandparents, George Milburn Deville and Ethel Verlin Walker.

Andy loved life and all those who fulfilled his life daily. Andy was never one to pass up a good time or opportunity to share a cold one with anyone. Besides hunting and his famous toe touches, there was never a missed opportunity to laugh or to be with his German shepherd fur babies. All these memories and amazing times cherished with Andy will lift us up and bring us comfort in the days to come.

Andy is survived by his bride and love of his life, Misty Bailey Evans of Lecompte; two daughters, Selina S. Fielders and Leslie of Lecompte and Linzey N. Evans of Lecompte; one son, Andrew B. Evans of Lecompte; one granddaughter, Anabell J. Alcaraz; his beloved fur babies, Jasper "pup" and Luna; sister, Kimberly A. Frankell of Lecompte; brother, Bruce A. Evans of Washington; nieces, Jorden, Lindsay, and Izabella. Andy loved and considered his friends and their babies part of his extended family. He will be deeply missed.

Pallbearers honored to serve will be Brandon Moreau, Wesley Moreau, Jeffrey Moreau, Brian Bailey, Jason Hathorn, and Lance Hammond. Honorary pallbearers will be James Johnson, Tanner Ambergey and Taylor Moreau.
