Stephen Scraper, 55, of Evansville passed away at 8:00 am, Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at his home.
Stephen was born in Evansville, July 31, 1961, the son of the late Robert and Charlotte Scraper. He was a 1980 graduate of Central High School. Stephen was self-employed as a carpenter, and was in the Local Carpenter Union Chapter 90.
He is survived by sons, Clifford Scraper, Brandon Scraper, and Steven Schmidt (Kelly); daughter, Maria Hall; brother, Mike Scraper, and grandchildren, Cloey and Hunter Scraper, Connor Hall, Declan and Teagan Schmidt.
Stephen was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 27 years, Guyla Scraper in September 2016.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel-A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Ave., Evansville with Pastor Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will be Private.
