Mr. Peter Dennis Shea, 80, of Elberton, passed away July 3, 2021 at his home with family by his side. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Herman and Eileen Curtain Shea. Pete, as he was known, was retired from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he had been in management. He had been married to Jane Deener Shea for thirty five years before her passing in 2015. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Kevin Brandon and Sheila Shea, of Pocasset, MA and Michael Dwight and Jessica Shea, of Fairfax, VA.; two grandchildren, Alex Shea and Molly Shea; and one brother, John Shea, of California.
A Funeral Mass was held Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Elberton, GA.
