Born in Ashland he was the son of the late Robert and Wilda Leiby Parrish. He was a well known mechanic and the owner/operator of Bob's Towing and Recovery.
Bob was the recipient of the American Towman Medal of Honor for the " Act Of Bravery ". He was a life member of Friendship Fire Company, Englewood, Frackville.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Harriet Cullen Parrish, his sister Brenda Schuetrum and his niece Brandy Schuetrum, Frackville
Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
Thomas Sullivan Funeral Home, Frackville had charge of arrangements.
