Kathy L. Abbott, 45, of 632 Westmeade Drive, wife of Chester Abbott, died at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
A native of Clark County, she was the daughter of Lula Cundiff of Winchester and the late Hobert Branham. She was a homemaker.
Other survivors are a daughter and son-in-law, Chasity and Bernard Watkins of Winchester; a son and daughter-in-law, Chester and Angie Abbott Jr. of Winchester; four grandchildren, Jaylen Abbott, Kristian Watkins, Madison Abbott and Chester Abbott III; two sisters, Bonnie Lutes and Faye Creech, both of Winchester; three brothers, Larry Branham of Clark County; Joe Branham of Lexington and Jerry Branham of Winchester; a special loved one, Katie Townsend and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Hobert Cundiff.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Scobee Funeral Home by the Rev. Ralph Banks. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Roger Watkins Sr., Roger Watkins Jr., Robert Moberly, Pete Styles, Bill Jarman and Roy Martin Jr.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday.
