Cleo Chittim, 64, brother of City Councilman Clayton Chittim, died of an apparent heart attack Sunday at his home in Vallejo, Calif.
Mr. Chittim, retired from a position at Mare Island Navy Yard, attended Doling and Senior (now Central) High schools here, and was a former member of Woodland Heights Presbyterian Church. He had lived in California more than 40 years.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gloria Mariott, of Hayward, Calif., and two brothers, Clayton of Springfield, and Clifford, of Jackson, Miss.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning in Vallejo.
