Scott Allen Medley, 23, died Sunday, October 17, 1999. Born March 2, 1976 in Lexington, he was the son of Robert Elbert and Phyllis Ellen Byrd Medley, Sr. of Harrodsburg. He was a car detailer and had attended Harrodsburg High School. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include: maternal grandmother, Mrs. Flonnie Byrd, Harrodsburg; two brothers, Charles Lewis Boswell, and Elbert Medley, Jr., both of Harrodsburg. Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 20, 1999 at the Alexander and Royalty Funeral Home with Dr. Kenneth Whitehouse officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
