Also survived by six grandchildren, brother of Mrs. Glenda M. Grlnstead of Dayton. Ohio. Walter and Raymond of England, Ark., Clyde A. and Joseph Taber of Chula Vista, Calif. Funeral Service Thursday May IS at 2 P.M. In the Beall Funeral Home, 1212 West street, Annapolis. Md. where the family will receive friends from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday and Wednesday. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Annapolis (Special)-Funerai services Lt. Cmdr Noble L. Taber, USN (Ret), wbo served in the Navy for nearly 30 years, will be held here at 2 P M today at the Beall funeral establishment. 1212 West street.
Commander Taber, who was 62 and lived in Severna Park, died Monday at his home after a heart attack. For most of his Navy career, he served as a personnel and administrative officer. He was flag secretary to the admiral of the cruiser division tor two years and served aboard the USS Enterprise from 1939 until 1944. He received the Unit Presidential Citation.
He retired from the Navy in 1957 and joined the R.P Henderson Company, Inc in Ca-tonsville In 1968. he bought Taber's Tavern in Pasadena. which he operated at the time of bis death.
Commander Taber. who was born in Paducah, Ky, was a member of the Accomac Masonic Lodge, in Cincotegue. Va., and the Retired Officers Association of the United States

Sr., of Columbia, two daughters, Mrs Rosalie Ziegler and Mrs Suzanne Fair both of Severna Park, four brothers, Clyde and Joseph Taber. both of Chula Vista, Calif ., and Raymond and Walter Taber. both of England, Ark., a sister, Mrs. Glenda Mae Grinstead, of Dayton, Ohio, and six grandchildren.
