Darlene Lou "Dolly" Probasco, 67, of the Wind and Wave Estates community of Ozawkie, died on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at her home. " Dolly" was born as a twin, on July 24, 1953 at Winona, MN, the daughter of Lynn Henry and Marcell Wilma Rothering Brown. She was a homemaker or "domestic engineer" in her own home. She was an expert gardener and entrepreneur hobbyist. She enjoyed the restoration of dolls and was noted as an Ebay expert of "Chatty Cathy" dolls. She was a member of the Catholic faith and her family was most important to her. She will be missed by many.
She was to married on June 2, 1973 at Lindenwood, ILL, He survives at home. She is also survived by one son, two daughters, sisters, brother, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Mickey Brown and her twin sister, Marlene "Molly" Walsh.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 24, 2021 (On her 68th birthday) Where her favorite Chocolate cake and Chocolate frosting will be served at her Celebration of Life at the Barnett Family Funeral Home, Oskaloosa. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 PM, Saturday prior to Services at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Ozawkie Cemetery.
