She is survived by her two sons, Mark Luthy and Dr. Michael Luthy; her sister, Armedia Totten; and by her niece, Mary Jill Lacey.
A graduate of Peoria High School and Bradley University, she worked for AT&T and in later life was a longtime employee of the Peoria Journal Star.
