Vivian Maxine Baker, 90, of Luray, Virginia passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021, at Salem.

She was born on April 9, 1931, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Lemuel Ervin Waters and Beulah Middleton Waters.

On September 8, 1953, Vivian married Clarence William "Junior" Baker Jr., who died on June 12, 2011.

She is survived by a son, Ricky Lynn Baker and wife Jennifer of Floyd; two brothers, Leroy and Lemuel M. Waters, both of Luray; a sister, Delorise Waters of Luray; one granddaughter, Katie Martin and husband Brandon of Blackstone; a grandson, Kevin Baker and wife Lindsey of Castle Rock, Colo.; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, William "Dutch," Oliver and Elbert Waters; and two sisters, Lyda Seekford and Lucy Stevens.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. Adam Gray, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 2-3 p.m. Burial will be in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
