She was born to Anna and James Kilberger on Sept. 25, 1918 in Chicago, Ill.
She graduated from the American Academy of Art in 1937. She had careers in dress design, establishing two businesses with her husband Joseph.
She enjoyed the ocean, forests and mountains.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother Jim; sister Lydia; infant daughter Anne; and son Jerry.
She is survived by her son Joseph (Christine) of Illinois; daughter-in-law Lee Anne Kittel (Jerry) of Illinois; daughter Joanne (Norman) Kittel of Yachats; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held in Glendale Heights, IL on Jan. 27, 2008.

Former owner of Genc Motel, Hinsdale, IL and Actron Tool and Die, Elk Grove, IL
Resided in Hinsdale then moved to Hawthorne Woods, IL to retire and then to Yachats, Oregon to live with her daughter after her husband passed away. While in Oregon, Anne became ill and was flown back to Illinois by a medical airplane on Oct. 17th.
Per Anne's request, no wake, no funeral. Ashes will be scattered at a later time.
