Letha Mae Albritton, 84, passed away on May 7, 2021 in Springdale, Arkansas. She was born on December 31, 1936 in Clantonville, Arkansas to the late Lee and Rosa (Roller) Ash. Letha was the loving wife of Charles for 65 years. Letha grew up in Gateway, Arkansas and graduated from Pea Ridge High School as Valedictorian. She attended John Brown University and The University of Arkansas before marrying Charles in 1956. Letha and Charles were always together. Theirs is a beautiful love story. They truly loved and respected each other and it showed in how they treated each other. They were absolutely each other's best friend. They taught their children what it looked like to stick together no matter what happens in life. Letha was a Godly woman who was a sweet, soft-spoken, loving, thoughtful, nurturing, and generous. She loved all her family dearly and taught them to love God and their families with all their hearts. She was her family's biggest fan and supporter. She was never prouder than when she shared with others her children's accomplishments. Letha was the most talented woman. She could paint a wall or a picture, crochet, knit, cross-stitch, sew clothing and draperies, upholster furniture, garden, preserve food and make the most wonderful food you have ever eaten. She is survived by her husband, Charles Albritton of Springdale; sons, Ronnie (Fran) Albritton of Conway, David (Victoria) of Elkins and James (Jill) of Conway; daughter, Linda Pope (Ted); brother, Raymond Ash of Garfield; and sister, Louise Sanders of Peculiar, Missouri; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
