Norma was born in Davenport, Iowa, on June 27, 1893. She was the wife of Leonidas Willing Ramsey; mother of Willing A. (Lon), George R., and Julianne (Bishop). Norma died in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on January 3, 1992 at the age of 98. She was cremated and her ashes were taken to Davenport and interred beside her husband. A truly class act and a wonderful lady. I will always remember her smile and charm.
