Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Martin L. Sr. and Wilhelmina (Mallatratt) Kipp. He was a 32 degree Mason of Greenleaf Lodge 561, Allentown. He was a member of Rajah Temple Shrine, Reading. He sang bass for the Lehigh Valley Harmonizers. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Maskenozha Rod and Gun Club, Bushkill and Oak Ridge Hunting Club.
Survivors: Wife; sister, Wilhelmina Gozzard of Salisbury Twp.; nieces, nephews.
