Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband; Monroe Osborne; siblings, Gary Ratliff, Carol Sue Vliegenthart and Danny Branham; adored chihuahua, Chiquita .
Sandra is survived by her children, Kathy Smallwood, Rhonda (Daniel) Ingram, Dave (Missi) Osborne, Debbie (Jerry) Watts, Gary (Lois) Osborne, Bill (Judy) Osborne, Tim (Vicki) Osborne and Dwight Osborne; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; siblings, Rita Sue (Aster) Northern and Benny Ratliff; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Sandy had many hobbies, she loved to cook, cake decorating, cards and games. She had a wonderful sense of humor who loved to make those around her laugh. Sandy had an outgoing personality who always made friends wherever she was.
Family will receive friends Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 11:00 AM until the time of her service at 1:00 PM at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424. Son-in-law, Daniel Ingram will officiate her services.
Sandy will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Monroe at Mountain Home Cemetery in Harts, West Virginia at a later date.
