Born in Marietta, GA, L.C. graduated from McEachern High School where he was an avid Indian fan and attended sporting events even after his high school days. He joined the US Air Force where he was an MP, given the duty to guard airplanes while he was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam era. He later worked for over 20 years with BellSouth.
L.C. is survived by his loving wife Shelia; sisters Donna Ledford and Faye Priest; brother Preston Manous; nieces and nephews.
A kind and loving man, he never met a stranger and would do anything for anybody. A strong Christian, L.C. knew his heavenly home would be in his future some day.
Due to Covid-19 the burial will be limited to immediate family only and will be held at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.
