41, of Lake Ridge, Va., died Saturday of breast cancer at home. Mrs. Howell was a Prince William County crossing guard and a den mother for Boy Scout Troop 1365, Lake Ridge. She is survived by her husband, John A, Howell III; two sons, Matthew and Brandon, both Of Lake Ridge; her mother, Helen Zyskowski of New Castle, Del.; and two brothers, Dr, Lawrence Zyskowski Of New York and Ted Zyskowski of Middletown, Del. A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. today in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Chesapeake City Road. Summit, Del. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Hospice of Northern Virginia. 6400 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church. Va.
