Jessie Ileene Brock, 62, Mt. Carmel, died April 8, 2002, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 10, 1939, in Birch River, W. VA. the daughter of Clayton and Ruth (Bender) Hoover.
Mrs. Brock was a member of the Keensburg Pentecostal Church. She worked at Snap-On Tools in Mt. Carmel for several years and she was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Roosevelt Brock of Mt. Carmel; two daughters, Nancy Jean and here husband Robert Trusty and there two sons Travis , Eric of Mt. Carmel and Wynona Penland & her husband Roger and there 4 sons Jonathan , Andrew, Roger jr or Buddy , Mark all of GrantTown, W. Va.; one great-grandchild, Riley Trusty; five brothers, Leon of Beaver Dam, Ky., Frank, Albert and Roger Hoover, all of Birch River, W. Va., and Frankie Hoover of Sutton, W. Va.; sister, Rosa Ater of Nebo, W. Va.
Preceding her in death were her parents, two brothers, Virgil and George Hoover; two sisters, Virginia Friend and Mary Ann Hoover.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2002, at the Keensburg Pentecostal Church in Keensburg with burial in Antioch Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday evening from 4-8 p.m. at the Short Funeral Home in Mt. Carmel.
