She is survived by her husband Alvin "Jerry" Brackett; son, Kelly Mathis; mother, Opal Caldwell; sister, Kathy Vlasov; brothers, Kent and Duane Caldwell; granddaughter, Alicia Kelly Mathis; grandson, Bryan Ford Mathis; friend, Debbie Foley of Silver Brook Stables; and many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Friday, with visitation from 5 p.m. until time of service, at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.
