Mrs. Hyde was raised on a farm near the town of Haxtun, Colorado and was the fifth child of Orille and Nina Mock. Audrey was a longtime evangelizer of Jehovah's Witnesses and spent most of her ministry serving at the Watchtower complexes of Jehovah's Witnesses in New York . She married Nathan Knorr on January 31, 1953, and after his death, she married Glenn Hyde in 1978. Glenn preceded her in death in 1988. She remained serving at Watchtower Farms in Wallkill, New York until her passing.
