On Monday, Nov. 22, 2004, our beloved Kristine "Krissy" Rose Tenney went to be with Jesus in her heavenly home. After a fierce struggle with myasthenia gravis, a neuromuscular illness, she died of related complications.

In her 19 years of life, Krissy touched the hearts of many with her child-like faith and precious smile. We will miss Krissy, but we know that she is in a place where there is no more pain, no fear, and no tears.

Krissy made a profession of faith at the age of 6 years. Now she is free from struggle from her earthly body.

Krissy is survived by her full-blood sister, Crystal Tenney, and her adoptive family as follows: parents Barry and Linda; sisters Tina and Natasha; and brothers Brian and Anders.

She is also survived by her birth mother, Rose; sister Bianca; birth father Lester; sister Darlene; brother Lester Jr.; grandmothers, and many others who loved her.

A memorial service for Krissy will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Moscow Church of the Nazarene. A covered-dish meal will immediately follow at Trinity Baptist Church.

Memorial gifts or donations may be given to Care Net of the Palouse.
