Mrs. Haddie Gass Bradford, aged 75 years, three months and two days, died Tuesday afternoon, August 8, 1939, at 3 o'clock, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Earl Titus, of Davistown.

Mrs. Bradford was born May 6, 1864, a daughter of William and Matidla Toppin Gass, deceased. She was the widow of the late Henry Bradford, and had spent most of her life in the Newtown district. She was a member of the Kirby Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, Lawrence Bradford, Marianna; two daughters, Mrs. Roy (Elsie Hazel) Fordyce, of North East, and Mrs. Earl (Nellie C.) Titus, of Davistown; two sisters, Mrs. Myra Smith, of Carmichaels; Mrs. Waitman T. (Anna) Hartley, of Pittsburgh, and one brother, Robert T. Gass, of Elizabeth. Four grandchildren also survive.
