Austin Bahm, 64, died Tuesday, Jan. 24, 1995, at 11:43 p.m. at Earl K. Long Medical Center. A resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Husser, he was a retired Delta-Southern employee. He was a U.S Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a member of Greens Creek Baptist Church.
Services 2:30 p.m. Friday at Greens Creek Baptist Church, Carson, Miss., with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes Bahm, Baton Rouge; four sisters, Hester B. Peterson and Helen B. McDavid, both of Baton Rouge, Edith B. Betz, Ethel, and Ella B. McCrary, Baton Rouge; and two brothers, Alfred J. Bahm, New Orleans, and Charlie M. Bahm, Husser.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Ward and Etta Husser Bahm; two sisters, Eva Fields and Mary Ives; and four brothers, Fletcher H. Bahm, Robert L. Bahm, Warren H. Bahm and Willie W. Bahm.
