Patricia E. "Dolly" Falconburg, 60, of Springfield, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at her residence.
She was born March 21, 1947 in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Mary Starks. She married Leon Falconburg on January 22, 1968. Her mother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Falconburg was a clerk typist for Lincoln Land Community College, retiring in 2003. She was a member of Pasfield Southern Baptist Church and a graduate of Lincoln Land Community College. She enjoyed bowling, flower gardening, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors: husband, Leon "Falc" Falconburg of Springfield; one daughter, Carla (husband, Tom) Murphy of DeKalb; one son, Leon (wife, Michelle) Falconburg, Jr. of Springfield; seven grandchildren, Whitney, Erin, and Madison Murphy, Mallory and Leon Falconburg, III, and Kris and Zack Hulcher; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2007 at Oak Hill Cemetery. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery. Staab Funeral Home of Service.
