Hazel Marie Hanks age 81 of Lenoir City passed away July 29, 2020. Hazel was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a former student of Oak Ridge High School. Hazel married the love of her life, Jeffie in 1959. She was a wonderful seamstress and homemaker. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Lorene Goins and grandson, Daniel Cody Hanks. She is survived by her husband, Jeffie Hanks; sons, Dale Curtis Hanks (Cindy), Darrell Robin Hanks (Chris) and Dean Craig Hanks; grandchildren: Amanda Brook (Sean), Misty Walton (Mason), Mandy Colburn, Jessica Ewton (Zach), Jennifer Smith (Kenric), Nathan Hanks, Jessica Hanks, Michael Hanks and Michelle Hanks, Jessica Ann Ross; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Lee Goins; sisters, Martha Sue Hatmaker, Joan Mount, Brenda Kay Shelton, Kathy Diane Sims; many nieces and nephews.
