Arlene Joann Adams, age 79, of Mayfield, KY died at 8:00 AM Thursday, May 14, 2020 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. Arlene was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include her two daughters – Kelly (Jody) Martin of Columbus, OH and Tracy (Dan) Szurgot of Mayfield, KY; son – David Adams of Arizona; brother – Ben Deering of Arizona; grandchildren – Andrew & Allison Szurgot both of Mayfield, Jordan Martin, Ren Martin and Kaitlyn (Caleb) West all of Columbus, OH.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband – Hugh David Adams; parents – Charles & Ann (Phillips) Deering; three sisters and one brother.
In accordance with state mandated guidelines, due to COVID-19, private family memorial services will be held at a later date. The Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY is in charge of the arrangements.
