Mrs. Ida Lee, 88, 75 Year Resident,Taken By Death.
Catlettsburg- Mrs. Ida Grace Lee,88, of 3626 Louisa Rd., Catlettsburg, died at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in Kings Daughters Hospital.
Mrs. Lee was born Dec.26, 1878, in Lawrence County, a daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Betty Elizabeth Miller Boyd,and had been a Catlettsburg resident for 75 years.
She was a member of the Oakland Avenue Baptist Church at Catlettsburg for 70 years.
Surviving are two-sons, William Robert Lee of Ashland and Fitzhugh Lee of Catlettsburg; two daughters, Mrs. David Leibee and Mrs. Donald Miles of Catlettsburg; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home, Catlettsburg.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Oakland Avenue Baptist Church by the Rev. Henry Johns. Burial will be in Catlettsburg Cemetery. The body will be removed from the funeral home to the church one hour before services. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday.
