RoseAnna Abramovitz, 96, of Pierce City, MO went home to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday March 22, 2020 at her home. She was born in Monett on July 23, 1923; the daughter of the late Anton and Catherine {Weikart} Miller. She was united in marriage on February 19, 1944 in Pierce City to Edmund Abramovitz; he preceded her in death on March 19, 2011.

She was a homemaker, a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Pierce City and a member of the P.C.C.W.

RoseAnna is survived by eight sons: Francis (Anita) Abramovitz of Butterfield, John (Kathy) Abramovitz of Pierce City, Leonard (Beena) Abramovitz of Wentworth, Mark Abramovitz of Laurel, MD, Robert (Shelly) Abramovitz of Reeds, Paul (Mary) Pierce City and Michael (Glo) Abramovitz of Pierce City; two daughters: Marylyn (Rick) Mercer of Pierce City, and Tena Abramovitz of Pierce City; one sister: Wilma Fenske of Pierce City; twenty three grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Anton and Catherine; her husband Edmund; one son: Anthony Abramovitz; two daughters: Margie Schad, and Catherine Abramovitz; four brothers: John, Frank, Fr. Lawrence and Bernard; one sister: Stella Velton; one grandson: Randy John Schad, and one great-grandson Copper Gage Mercer.
