Joann was a wonderful wife, mother and caretaker. Her favorite part of life was her time with four-year-old grandson, Austin A. Broome. She loved to take care of and play with him as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
Joann is survived by her husband of 38 years, Paul A. Garrison, her son, Tony Garrison of Stuarts Draft and her daughter, Tonia Broome and her "son"-in-law, Ryan Broome. Joann also has two brothers, William Carter Clark and his wife, Margaret of Waynesboro, and Kenny Stevens of Fort Defiance.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at the Stuarts Draft Chapel of Reynolds Funeral Service with Pastor Judson Baldwin officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Waynesboro.
