Tony enlisted in the Army in May of 2017 and was assigned to the 363rd Engineer Battalion, 411th Engineer Brigade in Knightdale, NC. This was his first deployment.

Awards and Decorations include a National Defense Service Medal and an Army Service Ribbon.

Tony was a hard-working young man. He graduated from John T Hoggard High School in 2016 where he was on the varsity football team. When not in school or playing football, he could be found working as a line cook at Katy's Bar & Grill. He also had worked at J Michael's Philly Deli and was a Fire Explorer with the Wilmington Fire Dept while in high school.

Reminiscing about the not too distant past, Tony's coach spoke highly about his former player ~ "Tony was a pleasure to coach and a great teammate. He was the guy in the locker room other guys gravitated to." ~ "He was great player and an even better teammate." ~ "He was proud to serve others..."

Our prayers are with his family ~ father, mother, step-father, three brothers, and a sister. God Bless!
