Eunice Ella Banker, 99, of Richland Center, died Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Pine Valley Community Village. She was born on January 17, 1921 at home in Fiddler’s Green in Richland County the daughter of Fred and Alta (Fry) Cooper. She was married on October 31, 1940 to Glen Banker. Eunice was always a homemaker but also worked as a waitress/cook for 30 years. She was very active in Rebecca Lodge, Women’s Relief Corp, and Ladies Aid. Eunice was an amazing cook and backer. Always an avid gardener raising fruits, vegetables and amazing flowers. She canned and froze foods and was an award-winning county fair participant. Eunice and Glen traveled through most of the 50 states.

Eunice is survived by 6 daughters:
Linda (Gene) McKee,
Sandra (Neal) Bonjour,
Dolores (Luddie) Wallace,
Beverly (Dan) Duhr,
Sharon ‘Sherry’ Banker,
Donna (Francis) Phalin;
19 grandchildren;
48 great-grandchildren;
sister: Ruth Collins.

Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, husband Glen Banker, 7 brothers and 3 sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Bowen Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
