Mrs. Henrietta Frances Neff, eighty-eight, widow of Isaac M. Neff, died at 4 p.m. yesterday at her home, 1708 Columbia Ave., city, after a long illness. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, city, for many years. Twice married, her first husband was Abram L. Abel, Columbia. Surviving are these children: Harvey D. Abel and Mrs. Ella Lindeberger, both of Columbia; Mrs. Dorothy J. Schreck, Cape Charles, Va.; Mrs. Mary Fisher, Reading, Mrs. Lauretta J. Gaenzle, El Paso, Texas; and Mrs. Helen Winower, at home. Also surviving are two step-children: Mrs. Florence Keeports, Lyndon; and Clayton R. Neff, Philadelphia. She was the last of her immediate family. (Lancaster New Era - Sep 19, 1951)
