Gwendolyn Faye Kirschenheuter Lizana, 76 of Sheridan, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at her home.

She was born November 4, 1943 in Gulfport, MS to the late William Jacob and Willie Mae Williams Kirschenheuter.

She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired Custodian Supervisor for Long Beach Middle School in Long Beach, MS.

Also preceding her in death was her 1st husband, Charles Catchot; brother, Raymond "Moon" Kirschenheuter; and a son-in-law, Jim Keesee; nephew, Ray Ray Kirschenheuter; a niece, Cynthia Ann Scarborough; grandparents, Edward and Laura Fayard Kirschenheuter and William and Ida Donley Williams.

Survivors include a son, Charles (Charlotte) Catchot, Jr. of Sheridan; 2 daughters, Teresa Keesee and Betty Darby, both of Gulfport, MS; brother, William "Sonny" (Gloria) Kirschenheuter of Pass Christian, MS; 3 sisters, Bobbie Scarborough of Pass Christian, MS, Betty (Louis) Burnthorne of Loranger, LA and Sandy Kirschenheuter of Gulfport, MS; 1 grandchild, Brittany Lee; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews, cousins and many family members and friends whom she loved all very much.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
