Myrna Bonita Abakah, 70, of Maplewood, N.J. passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012, after a difficult battle with cancer.
Visiting hours will be Saturday Feb. 18, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Caggiano Memorial, 62 Grove St., Montclair, N.J.
Mrs Abakah is survived by her husband, George Nana Abakah, of Ghana, and children, Goody, Nori, Bonita Pamela, and George Jr. She is also survived by her mother, Gwendolyn Padmore; siblings, Marlow Archer and Lennox Padmore, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
