The son of Amelia M. Fouts and the late Leonard E. Foreman, he was employed by the Sloan Funeral Home in Fort Wayne.
He was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist and the Scottish Rite in Fort Wayne and the local Tipton Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are the wife, Shirley; the mother, Amelia Fouts, 420 Montgomery St.; a brother, William, 334 High St.; three nephews and two uncles, Floyd Forman and Carl Rumell, of Logansport.
Christian Science services held at 10 a.m. Monday at the C.M. Sloan Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., Fort Wayne. Burial and graveside rites held at 1 p.m. at the Center EUB Cemetery, Cass County, east of Deer Creek.
