Son of Slaughter and Rowena Claverie Neville. Husband of Amelia Landry. Mr. Neville passed away at his residence on Valence Street on March 31, 1967. He was the beloved husband of Amelia Landry Neville; father of Arthur L. Neville, Jr., Charles Neville, Aaron Neville, Sr., Mrs. Athelora Neville McCormick, Cyril Neville Garrett and Rowena Gaynel Neville. He was the son of Slaughter Neville and the late Rowena Claveria Neville, nephew of Mrs. Leoluh Davis, Mrs. Virginia Harris and Mrs. Espy Williams. He was the father-in-law of Mrs.Joel R Neville, Mrs. Vera J. Neville, Mrs. Doris G. Neville and Wilton McCormick. He was the brother-in-law of Mrs. Lena Martin, Mrs. Odile Jackson and George Landry. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastor, officers and members of Trinity Methodist Church, officers and personnel of Milne Boys Home, Ed's Cab Company, nurses and staff of Flint Goodridge Hospital and Medical Associates, American Federation of Musicians, faculty and students of Samuel J. Green Junior High School and Alfred C. Priestly Jr High School are invited to attend the funeral.
Services from Gerturde Geddes Willis Funeral Home, 2120 Jackson Avenue, on Tuesday, April 4, 1967.

Mr. Neville's remains will lie in state to be viewed from 9 AM to 11 AM at Trinity Methodist Church, Valence near Coliseum Streets. Religious services begin 11:00 AM with Rev. J. D. McCrory officiating and invited minister, Rev. Robert F. "Bob" Harrington.

Interment will be at Providence Memorial Park.

Wake services Monday night, April 3, 1967, at the funeral home.
