Japanese literary critic, English literary translator and novelist. His mother is Yukiko, daughters of Nobuaki Makino (Minister of the Interior) and great-granddaughter of Toshimichi Okubo. Drop out of Cambridge University. He wrote critics and novels based on the basics of English literature and European literature centered on French literature. There are also many translations of English literature. He was a professor at Chuo University's Faculty of Literature (English Literature) for a while at the beginning of his relationship with his father, Nyozekan Hasegawa.
