Robert A. Radka, age 62, of Hayward, WI died Thursday, July 18, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN.

Robert Alan Radka was born April 22, 1957 in Ladysmith, WI the son of Robert F. Radka and Elizabeth (Corbine) Christy. After high school he received his small aircraft pilot’s license and was an aircraft mechanic in Van Nuys, CA. Bob also worked as a machinist in the aerospace industry at Lockheed Martin Corporation in California. He received the Snoopy Award from NASA for creating a special device used on the space shuttle.

He is survived by his daughter Denelle Radka; granddaughter Gabriella Rosa; mother Elizabeth Christy; brother Michael Radka; sisters Ramona (George) Morrow, Rhonda (Terry) Trammell, René (Severo) Espinoza, Pam (Matt) Gransalke; many aunts, uncles, nephews & nieces.

Bob was preceded in death by his father Robert Radka; brother Anthony Radka; grandparents Norma & Elmer Corbine Sr., & Walter & Nellie Radka.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at Pineview Funeral Service in Hayward. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Honorary casket bearers will be Michael Radka, Michael Clarquist, George Morrow, Raymond Rosa, Art Dennison, Michael Jensen, Christopher Sammenigo, Dennis Smith, Jason Martin Sr., Stoney Larson & Louie Nickence.
